Return:
Our return policy lasts 7 days since your purchase date. After 7 days of your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are NOT eligible for return. Please be sure your pants fit properly when you take delivery on them.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptence or rejection of your refund.
If you are items are accepted as fitting the return requirements, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale.
Exchanges:
Camaroha Sutra will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within our 7-day return period.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in each business day of the week. Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders take one to two business days to be entered into the carrier's system and for tracking information to populate.
