Refund policy

Return:
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day you receive your item via tracking. After 7 days from purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are NOT eligible for return. Please be sure your items fit properly when you take delivery on them. 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If you are items are accepted as fitting the return requirements, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Sale items:
Sale items are not eligible for refunds, all discounted items are final sale.

Exchanges:
Camaroha Sutra will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within our 7-day return period. 

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in each business day of the week. Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders take one to two business days to be entered into the carrier's system and for tracking information to populate.

Shipping:

Once the return is requested and approved, the customer will be responsible for  shipping costs for returning the item.

All exchanges will be shipped no later than 14 days after receipt.
